Banksy is a very talented stencil Graffiti artist from Bristol, UK. His identity is a closely guarded secret. His work has become so sort after that many of the building that he has painted on have increased significantly in value. This doesn't the council whitewashing over it despite the fact that not only does his work raise the value of buildings, but it also brings in tourists! [1]
